Ein Unternehmen der nördlichen Kremstal-Region im Bezirk Kirchdorf an der Krems sucht 1 Senior Expert Internal & Change Communications Your challenge<p></p> * Strategic development and management of group-wide internal communication channels (e.g., employee magazine, newsletters, intranet, employee platforms)<p></p> * Lead and continuously develop internal and change communications across the organization to maximize employee reach and impact<p></p> * Develop, manage, and evolve the company intranet as a central employee communication platform<p></p> * Close collaboration with business units and central functions to ensure clear, compelling, and consistent messaging<p></p> * Support and organize internal events that foster engagement, alignment, and dialogue<p></p> * Budget planning, monitoring, and overall responsibility for internal communication measures, as well as management of external tools and service providers<p></p> * Development and implementation of innovative communication formats to strengthen engagement and corporate culture<p></p> * Measure communication effectiveness using key performance indicators such as employee reach, engagement, and participation<p></p> * Sparring partner to the Executive Board and top management on all matters related to internal communication<p></p><p></p>Your Profile<p></p> * Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a comparable field<p></p> * 5+ years of professional experience in internal and change communications<p></p> * Strong expertise in internal communication and change communication methodologies<p></p> * Proven experience in managing digital employee communication tools, e.g. employee apps and state-of-the art intranet platforms<p></p> * Experience in leading and implementing international projects<p></p> * Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating with Business Partners<p></p> * Independent, structured way of working combined with strong team skills, a high level of execution capability, and strong resilience<p></p> * Excellent messaging, storytelling, and content development skills<p></p> * Ability to execute an internal communications strategy and translate strategy into practice<p></p> * Advanced capability in managing internal communication channels<p></p> * Excellent command in English, written and spoken<p></p><p></p>Our Offer<p></p>You can expect a modern working environment with a high degree of creative freedom.
