This is a part-time night position (7pm to 7am) with an amazing shift differential.

Responsibilities

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Part-Time Night Telemetry Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)! We are searching for compassionate and skilled LPNs to provide exceptional care in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Monitoring: Utilize cutting-edge telemetry equipment to continuously monitor and assess patient vitals and cardiac rhythms.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal care and treatment plans.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed, observing and documenting patient responses.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records, ensuring patient data is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Patient Education: Assist in educating patients and their families about health conditions, care plans, and treatment options.
  • Emergency Response: Act swiftly and effectively in urgent situations to stabilize and support patient wellbeing.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING  1. Current and valid state license 2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. IV certification upon hire (state specific)
