As a Pediatric Portfolio Marketing Manager for US Vaccines, you will play an integral role in the development and implementation of the Pediatric Portfolio strategy, aimed at delivering exceptional customer experience while driving business goals. This role reports to the Pediatric Portfolio Marketing Director and will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. Accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Leading development and roll-out of assigned campaigns and tactics, including project briefs to ensure alignment to brand/portfolio strategy
- Effectively working and/or leading cross-functional teams of internal and external partners
- Leading the development of the annual go-to market plan aligned to strategic imperatives and business goals.
- Planning, designing and executing omnichannel experiences tailored to prioritized customer segments.
- Driving performance by measuring and tracking key tactics.
- Collaborating with global marketing team on co-create projects.
- Managing the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review and approval of relevant materials to enable HCP communications.
Why You?
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS
- 1+ years of pharmaceutical or vaccine marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- US Vaccines marketing and/or sales experience
- Knowledge of vaccines, US market dynamics and characteristics
- Project management experience with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships in a matrix environment.
- Ability to understand drivers of performance, synthesize and accurately draw conclusions from data and apply results of market research to inform decision-making.
- Omnichannel marketing campaign development experience
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail
- Experience leading matrix teams including managing creative agencies and/or other third-party vendors
- Experience bringing promotional materials through legal and regulatory review
- Experience with agile ways of working
- Ability to travel, 10%
