Senior Systems Engineer (Site Lead)

Our Pods (small teams of 5 or less) are comprised of personnel with similar skillsets to ensure mentorship, understanding, and peer support.

Qualifications: 

• 8+ years of management experience (Site Lead only) 

• 7+ years systems engineering experience 

• 4+ years of experience supporting and sustaining DOD cyberspace programs 

• Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph 

Preferred Qualification: 

• 10+ years of experience supporting cyberspace capability development 

• 5+ years of experience with Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) adversary detection, intrusion forensics and network recovery hardware/software 

• Subject Matter Expert with DOD Cyber Protection Team tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) 

• Active CISSP  

Education: 

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related field 

• Master's degree in information systems management or related field is preferred
