Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Carpenter Helpers for projects located in and around Gardena, CA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $24-25/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

Assist with electrical wiring and installation of light fixtures
Support setup and connections for basic electrical systems
Help with installation of prefabricated panels
Contribute to interior finishing tasks such as trim work, fittings, and surface installations
Assist in installing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components as needed
Set up equipment, tools, and materials needed for installation or construction projects
Ensure proper use and storage of tools and supplies
Perform quality checks to confirm work meets design specifications and safety standards

Requirements

Proficient in using hand and power tools
Familiar with framing, electrical work, plumbing, and general installations
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing, bending, or working at heights for extended periods
Works well indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Must pass drug test and background check
Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
