IT Test Project Coordinator

About the role

  • Coordinating the day-to-day activities associated with assigned projects and IT Test Activities
  • Facilitating Meetings and Workshops for IT project teams and Business Owner participants regarding agenda, meeting minutes and updates to action items
  • Project Test coordination with various teams for End-to-End (E2E) test activities, making sure all participants are updated regarding testing schedules, support and required entry criteria for each E2E to be performed.
  • Assisting with the management of daily testing schedules for developers, functional consultants and business owner participant test activities
  • Follow up on delegated tasks and outstanding action items.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders as needed for effective
  • execution.
  • Weekly / Monthly status reports, resource planning reports, risk management reports and other management reports as required.
  • Confirmation that Test Cases and Artifacts are collected by the test support personnel and archived in the correct system folders along with validation that they comply with organizational standards.
  • Where needed, data entry into related test and tracking information systems.
  • Generate test reports at certain frequency from systems and as requested by supervisors and/or Project Managers.
  • Working with team leaders, managers, developers, and functional consultants to learn departmental needs and goals.
  • Willingness to learn IT Systems and Applications as the needs arise.

Skills:

  • Proven work experience as an IT Coordinator or similar role.
  • High energy level, ability to work on multiple projects / tasks simultaneously and manage day-to-day interactions with others.
  • Excellent Organizational skills is must.
  • Above Average user of Microsoft Excel (Functions, Macros etc.,)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Combined with strong  PM tools, and other applications would be a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of management, staff and peers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees, vendors and clients.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical exposure to multiple technologies such as SharePoint, JIRA, qTest, SAP, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within technology, ERP Systems or Order Management environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with various teams and independently.
  • Willingness to travel 25% when needed.
