Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech to work at one of our high end residential areas in Brigantine, New Jersey

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
• Hourly: $28.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance services to a residential property.
• Responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and porters for the community.
  • Must have experience as a team lead or supervisor.
• Performs exterior maintenance of building/community to including:
  • building painting
  • curb/ramp painting,
  • roof, gutter, and siding repairs.
  • Power-washing,
  • Common Area Maintenance repairs of landscaping, signage, and concrete/asphalt required.
  • Repair of railings, mailboxes, and other community related items.
• Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping.
  • To include trash removal.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Maintain common areas in a professional manner and inspect the property and its grounds daily looking for problems and solve them immediately.
• Complete residential service tickets and provide before and after photos to log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Must be able to strip, wax, buff floors.
• Must know painting ,carpentry, Boilers, HVAC and roofing
• Must know Landscaping
• Must know how to Perform maintenance on electric systems
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Must be reliable and professional.
• 3 years custodial, maintenance, janitorial, or porter experience
• Good Interpersonal and great verbal communication skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management.
• Ideal candidates must be punctual and a team player.
