About the Job:

As an R&D Software Engineer, you will leverage your software engineering expertise to explore current technologies, solutions, and tools. Your primary focus will be on developing Laboratory Management software tailored for various laboratory types.

About the Team:

Our team is a passionate and international mid-size R&D team consisting of around 10 professionals. We adhere to the Scrum software development methodology, fostering a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the R&D Team to invent, research, design, develop, test, and integrate software solutions.

• Work with teammates to identify optimal ways to optimize processes, enhance quality, and improve the team's ability to deliver value to the customer.

• Learn, share knowledge, guide less experienced colleagues, provide support, and grow together with the team.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ Years experience in .NET-based application development.

• Excellent proficiency in the C# programming language.

• Familiarity with ASP.NET Core.

• Knowledge of relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, or similar).

• Experience in test-driven development.

• Proficient in Git source control.

• Familiarity with Scrum methodology and usage of Jira/Confluence.

• C1 English language skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with WPF.
• Familiarity with DevExpress for WPF.
• Knowledge of Docker containerization.
• Experience with IAM (Keycloak/OAuth).
• Familiarity with Matlab.
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins or similar).
