BIKETOWN Warehouse and Escalation Specialist

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

The Warehouse and Escalation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities and timely response to escalations. This role requires a high degree of independence, accountability, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working without direct supervision, completing tasks accurately, and submitting clear reports of completed work. A critical part of the role is monitoring and responding to urgent escalations within 90 minutes to support service reliability.

Requirements

• Manage charging infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Unload vans from the previous shift and process all equipment and materials.
• Load and prepare vans for the upcoming shift to ensure readiness.
• Monitor and respond to all urgent escalations within 90 minutes.
• Oversee battery life cycle management, including rotation and replacement.
• Assist with cycle counts to support accurate inventory tracking.
• Refuel vans as needed to maintain operational readiness.
• Maintain van cleanliness and complete basic upkeep.
• Perform rideable triage to quickly assess and resolve equipment issues.
• Conduct regular equipment audits to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
• Possess a valid and active driver's license.
• The ability to lift 75 lbs.
• The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
