We are seeking a motivated and talented Software Engineering Intern to join our dynamic Metrology team. This internship provides a unique opportunity for a college student with a strong background in software engineering to apply their skills in a real-world professional setting. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

1. Collaborate with the calibration team to design, develop, and implement software solutions. 

2. Assist in the analysis, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance. 

3. Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. 

4. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality. 

5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions. 

 

Requirements: 

 

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

2. Solid understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures. 

3. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++) and familiarity with related frameworks (e.g., .NET). 

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. 

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

6. Prior internship or project experience in software engineering is a plus. 

7. Experience with SQL databases a plus.
