Senior Quality Analyst

The Clinical Data Analyst provides in-depth statistical and analytical support for nursing quality, patient safety goals, practice and process improvement supporting the organization's Magnet journey of nursing excellence. Responsible for gathering data, planning and on-going coordination of database design, database management, statistical analysis, data interpretation/evaluation and reporting/presentation to support clinical practice and organizational priorities. Directly supports a number of improvement projects through gathering data in order to assist in developing outcome measures, methodology and data analysis. Works collaboratively with users of clinical information systems to enhance data query reports. Produces graphic data displays to meet ongoing benchmark requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Statistics, or related field
• 2 years healthcare experience working with various spreadsheet, database and EMR software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Statistics, or related field

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
