We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Associate (CSA) IV/V to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and supporting improvements in customer experience.

Job Requirements
Hybrid Role
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the central point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate to resolve escalations and improve processes.
Order & Service Management
- Process orders, returns, and quotes in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with quality and contract requirements.
- Monitor critical shipments and scheduling agreements.
Customer Success & Performance Improvement
- Support Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE) initiatives.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Identify workflow optimization opportunities.
Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Address technical inquiries using internal resources.
- Resolve issues involving delivery, pricing, or quality.
- Partner with Key Account Managers to support delivery goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Represent the voice of the customer.
- Participate in training, improvement projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Support onboarding and team development as needed.
What your background should look like
- Hybrid role
- High school diploma required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; SAP experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage high-pressure situations professionally.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $47,600– $71,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
