Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 5 years of software engineering experience
• 5 years of experience analyzing complex business problems and translating business requirements into technology solutions that factor in system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, and scalability.
• 5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
• 2 years of experience working with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile project methodologies
• 2 years of experience supporting relational database systems
• Available to work after hours and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Developer
• ITIL certification or general knowledge in v3 or higher
• Experience migrating individual ITSM products (Incident Management, CMDB, Change Management, and Request Management) into ServiceNow
