<p><span>As a Retail Inventory Management Dealer Advisor, you will serve as a trusted business partner to Stellantis dealerships across North America, helping to optimize inventory performance, improve parts availability, and maximize the effectiveness of Mopar's Automatic Replenishment Order (ARO) program.<br/><br/></span></p>
<p><span>In this role, you'll combine analytical thinking, customer support, and supply chain expertise to help dealerships improve efficiency, optimize inventory, and deliver a better experience for our customers.<br/><br/></span></p>
<p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Serve as the primary advisor and point of contact for dealerships participating in the Mopar Automatic Replenishment Order (ARO) program.</span></li>
<li><span>Partner with dealerships to optimize inventory performance, improve parts availability, and increase operational efficiency.</span></li>
<li><span>Analyze inventory trends, stocking levels, demand patterns, and replenishment activity to identify opportunities for improvement.</span></li>
<li><span>Guide dealerships through Best Stocking Level (BSL) approvals and help them understand automated ordering recommendations.</span></li>
<li><span>Provide consultative support to improve Off Shelf Fill (OSF) performance and overall inventory health.</span></li>
<li><span>Troubleshoot inventory and replenishment issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.</span></li>
<li><span>Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing education to new and existing ARO dealerships.</span></li>
<li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Pricing, Finance, and Information Technology to resolve complex issues and improve program effectiveness.</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor dealer performance and proactively identify opportunities to enhance participation and program success.</span></li>

<strong><span>Qualifications</span></strong>
<p><span><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Bachelor's degree required.</span></li>
<li><span>Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, operations, business analytics, data analytics, customer success, account management, dealership operations, or a related field.</span></li>
<li><span>Bilingual in English and Spanish.</span></li>
<li><span>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</span></li>
<li><span>Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and provide consultative support to customers or business partners.</span></li>
<li><span>Ability to analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes</span></li>
<li><span>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Experience supporting dealership operations, automotive parts departments, inventory management, or logistics.</span></li>
<li><span>Experience working with DealerCONNECT or other dealership management systems.</span></li>
<li><span>Experience delivering customer training, business consulting, account management, or operational support.</span></li>
</ul>
