Senior Project Manager – SAP Finance & Logistics

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including analysts and developers to implement SAP solutions.</li><li>Manage the project portfolio for IT solutions across various finance and logistics processes.</li><li>Translate business requirements from stakeholders into feasible work packages and technical project plans.</li><li>Oversee the maintenance of existing SAP applications and manage incoming change requests.</li><li>Collaborate with domain managers to ensure IT solutions align with organizational objectives.</li><li>Monitor and report on project progress using standardized management methodologies and tools.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>You have 10+ years experience managing <strong>SAP</strong> implementation projects.</li><li>You bring 10+ years experience leading infrastructure and software development projects.</li><li>You possess 10+ years experience in a specialized <strong>ERP</strong> or <strong>SAP</strong> role.</li><li>You have 5+ years experience as a <strong>Program Manager</strong> leading large-scale programs.</li><li>You bring advanced knowledge of <strong>S/4HANA</strong> and <strong>SAP Finance &amp; Controlling</strong>.</li><li>You have experience with the full lifecycle of <strong>ERP</strong> implementations and process modeling.</li><li>You possess experience with <strong>Prince2</strong>, <strong>PMBok</strong>, <strong>ITIL</strong>, or <strong>Agile</strong> methodologies.</li><li>You bring expertise in <strong>SAP Funds management</strong>, <strong>SAP Procurement &amp; Logistics</strong>, and <strong>SAP Sales &amp; Distribution</strong>.</li><li>You're a strong communicator with experience in stakeholder management and organizational change.</li><li>You are fluent in <strong>Dutch</strong> at a C2 level.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>SAP Warehouse management</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Sparx Enterprise Architect</strong>.</li><li>Experience in strategic advisory regarding IT and organizational transitions.</li></ul>
