About this opportunity
Welcome to the Inducements & Control team. The team is responsible for risk and control oversight in Investment Center as well as govern FSA/GIA/Risk/Compliance questions related to the savings value chain. As part of Investment Product Governance, we support in ensuring that the business runs smooth and safe, keeping our brand, business and customers safe. We have the responsibility to stay on top of the market regarding changes to either the regulatory framework or industry practices, especially related to inducements as part of product pricing. As a Risk Expert, you’ll play a valuable role in supporting IC in incident handling as well as providing valuable knowledge and information within the organization on risk related topics. You will have a focus on managing reported incidents as well as assessing quality and mitigating actions in the reported incidents related to Investment Center.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure holistic incident oversight and efficient incident management within Investment Center
- Responsible of adequate incident reporting towards management and create awareness of the incident process
- Support management and units working with incident and risks
- Taking the lead in larger incidents across the value chain and in the acute phase along with securing effective mitigation and prevention of identified risks
- Drive and follow-up risk related topics, as well as support in FSA/GIA/Risk/Compliance related actions

Your experience and background:
- Experience with incident handling and risk management in a highly dynamic and regulated environment
- Great communication and presentation skills, including English as working language (both written and spoken)
- Master´s degree in Business, Economics or Law
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
