Carrier Controls designs, develops, and manufacturers control solutions for the HVAC, refrigeration, and related markets globally. Carrier is seeking a Customer Business Manager to be based in Syracuse, NY.  The Customer Business Manager will manage a team and be responsible for all

aspects of this segment and will provide focused direction for customer support, new product introduction and organizational execution. The available opportunity is a critical and comprehensive role within Carrier’s fast-paced and growing Commercial HVAC market. It requires a self-directed leader for achieving and exceeding product and business growth targets while simultaneously driving improved quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead communication with all levels of customers to drive customer satisfaction

• Work closely with operations to drive financial performance through operational excellence

• Drive growth through NPD execution for Commercial HVAC products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 4+ years of experience in customer product support or new product introduction
