The Stock Plan Services Product Domain exists to focus and deliver upon the needs of our Stock Plan Clients and their Participants. The domain focuses on four major tenets in operating principles and design decisions:

As the SPS Product Offering Lead you blend broad product management expertise with a deep understanding of Equity Compensation Products to identify the product features that deliver the maximum business partner and/or customer value. You will help rationalize the strategic direction for the Domain by analyzing market/product feature gaps that will increase the value of our offering to current and prospective clients supporting future growth of our business versus our current priorities. You will analyze new business ideas and work with Product Areas leaders and technology partners in the agile model to assess the solution size as input into our portfolio priorities. In your role, you will be responsible for defining the SPS Domain Product story and interface with clients to share our focus areas and roadmap. You will focus on looking at the holistic offering including digital experiences and formulating a strategic point of view of how to maximize the deployment of our technology resources to maximize value to our business. You will interface with the sales organization and Fidelity Workplace Consulting to influence the nature of tactical solution deployed while driving alignment on how these will transition to the strategic SPS product offering over time. You will also assist with effective go-to-market routines to enable adoption of new features and services.
As the Offering lead you will manage the chapter area resources responsible for defining product features for our execution portfolio. You will work to support alignment of the product vision from initial business case through to feature decomposition to support agile delivery in the agile teams. You will further partner with the Chapter Area Leader to support a learning curriculum that will strengthen the Equity Compensation domain knowledge and business analysis functions that support success in delivery.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses preferred.
15+ years of financial services work experience
Proven track record of defining a strategic product vision and creating business cases/idea screens for support.
Experience engaging with executive and senior (C-suite) internal and external customers and partners.
Experience defining complex product features spanning Workplace and Brokerage Capabilities
Financial services experience, with brokerage experience a plus
