The Director, Account Management is responsible for growing membership within existing accounts and for directly managing business relationships with client accounts. The Director, Account Management requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.The Director, Account Management oversees customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements. Develops and oversees customer retention campaigns. Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance. Provides input into functions strategy.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the healthcare or payer industry.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving business results.
- Strong focus on achieving measurable results and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors/Master's Degree of Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience building and managing high performing teams
