Minimum Qualifications: 

Graduate from an Occupational Therapist program

 

Licensure, Registration, Certification: 

BLS

 

Alabama Occupational Therapy license

 

Active Unrestricted Class D U.S. license

 

Desired Qualifications: 

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

 

Considerable knowledge of staff therapist functions

 

Licensure, Registration, Certification: 

 

Alabama Occupational Therapy license with clincal specialty.

Responsibilities

Performs evaluations, plans, and implements occupational therapy treatment to patients/clients with a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities in a home care environment.  Provides optimal patient rehabilitation and ensures quality of care.
