Job Description:
Agile Scrum Master is a facilitator, mentor, and consultant who helps multiple teams adopt and improve Agile methodologies. Scrum Master are experienced professionals who guide teams through the cultural shift required to succeed in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Coach Agile Teams to improve their understanding and use of Agile practices like Scrum or Kanban effectively to deliver commitments to client.
Facilitating agile team events, remove roadblocks, and help teams self-organize for efficient delivery.
Promote an Agile Mindset that encourages collaboration, continuous improvement, and a focus on delivering value to customers.
Build and coach high performing team
Facilitate the culture change, help identify and address resistance to change, build consensus, and promote a culture of experimentation, continuous learning and continuous improvement
Requirements:
5 years of experience in Agile projects.
Proven experience with coaching team following Agile best practices
Hands-on experience with consistent delivery of high value to clients
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
