Position Summary
The Allied Health Student Coordinator plays a central role in managing all aspects of the Allied Health student experience within Guthrie Health system. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating Allied Health student observation and clinical rotations, affiliation agreements, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and compliant educational experience. The Coordinator serves as the primary contact for Allied Health schools, supervising physicians, and site coordinators, facilitating communication and scheduling through the use of internal systems.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and processing affiliation agreements in alignment with Guthrie’s contract standards, coordinating student rotation placements, and managing all onboarding activities—such as checklist completion, EMR access, compliance verification, and orientation.
