JJ Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Director Strategic Insights & Analytics for Immunology GI, based in Horsham PA.
The Senior Director is responsible for integrating and translating primary, secondary, competitive and market insights into growth strategies for the Immunology business unit. This position is a member of the Immunology GI Leadership team and serves as an internal consultant to the President, Vice Presidents of Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other senior franchise leaders. This position plays a leading role in advising management in the development and implementation of business strategies and as a result, shares accountability for business results.
Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight for strategic and business plans, brand strategies, new product / indication launch plans, and long- and short-range financial forecasts.
- Operates as a trusted advisor to senior business unit leaders. Utilizes strategic and operational insights, and executive level problem solving, communication and leadership skills to drive organizational action that leads to tangible growth.
- Acts as the ‘quarterback’ with broad oversight of all insights, analytics & operational activities for the business unit:
- Sets and continuously aligns business unit and insights, analytics & operational priorities with the President and key commercial leaders
- Deploys resources against key priorities and critical business issues, making trade-offs as required
- Leads the implementation of analytics strategies & reporting tools to enable commercial insights and execution
- Drives integrated problem solving across the entire team.
- Identifies, integrates, and translates insights into business impact for Immunology, including:
- Market research and competitive intelligence
- Performance monitoring / management
- Sales force optimization and targeting strategy
- Local market analytics to support execution excellence of selling divisions
- Incentive compensation strategy and design
- Advanced analytics, including Commercial mix / ROI, triggers etc
- Omnichannel commercial strategies (JET), including personal & non-personal
- Payer/Provider and Hub analytics
- Brand forecasting
- Value optimization, including Gross-to-Net insights, analytics & channel forecast support
- Triages operational issues with leaders across the full StAT organization, and effectively implements new processes to increase efficiency and impact, including:
- Data management
- Call planning and alignment
- IC operations/administration
- Analytics and performance reporting
- Attracts and develops best-in-class talent, and inspires team to achieve impact
- Identifies capability gaps, and champions the building of new organizational capabilities
- Networks and recruits talent on an ongoing basis with an appropriate focus on diversity, equity and inclusion
- Builds team culture based on transparency, collaboration and trust
