Lead Cook -Banquets

We are inviting you to apply for Banquets Kitchen Lead Cook.  In this position, as a Lead Cook primary responsibilities include assisting, and overseeing the preparation of food items for the restaurant’s meals, while following recipes, portioning, cooking and presentation quality standards. Additionally, show mastery of knowledge and skill in all stations in the Banquet Kitchen, as well as training team members in standard operating procedures in the kitchen.

 

We require you to have a background, consisting of 3+ years of related progressive experiences in a hotel restaurant / food outlet or related field. ServSafe certification is a plus.

   

Starting Rate: $18.00 an hour.   Based on professional experience
