Our Memory Care community is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Associate who is dedicated to providing respectful, attentive care to residents living with cognitive challenges.

Pay Rate
Starting at $17.75/hour

What You’ll Do
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, dining)
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Support residents according to individualized care plans
• Engage residents in daily routines and activities
• Maintain cleanliness and resident comfort in rooms and common areas
• Communicate clearly with team members, families, and leadership
• Document care and incidents accurately and timely
• Respond calmly in emergency situations

What We’re Looking For
• CNA certification
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to follow care plans and safety standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• CPR/First Aid certification if required
