Job Duties:
Customer Service:
• Greet customers promptly with a warm greeting and ensure first-class customer service at all times.

Loading and Unloading:
• Assist contractors/customers with loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Yard Maintenance:
• Keep the yard, sheds, and special-order area in a clean and presentable appearance.

Product Handling:
• Verify returned products by checking customer return slips, ensuring product integrity, and accuracy of product count.
• Support inventory control with accurate documentation and reporting of damaged products.

Financial Transactions:
• Ensure all products leaving the yard have been invoiced and/or paid for.
• Verify correctness and update product codes as necessary.

Assistance with Deliveries:
• Accompany Delivery Truck Drivers and assist with deliveries as required.


Stock Management:
• Assist in putting away received products and monitor/replenish merchandise from overstock as needed.

Safety and Compliance:
• Maintain a safe working environment by promptly informing management of any concerns.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.

Additional Duties:
• Assembly of product
• Cutting wood
• Forklift operations
