CSCS TXESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Create strategic roadmap with each partner and develop execution plans to meet defined success criteria.
- Shares the company’s mission, vision, and values as well as our distinctive value proposition in a manner that creates proposal opportunities to balance stakeholder influence and impact.
- Identify and articulate constraints and risks affecting the partner's business, operations, and objectives.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with strategic partners to ensure achievement of defined objectives, as well as discussion of growth strategy and best practices.
- Collaborate with the delivery and operations teams to maximize opportunities and optimize value to OE partners, aligned stakeholders, and our common customer, the vehicle owner.
- Work closely with executive and cross-functional leaders to align with and implement corporate strategy and long-range planning based on portfolio opportunities and risks, as well as organizational capabilities.
- Assist in identifying portfolio and/or organizational gaps and plans for how to best address them.
- Prepare program development plans, presentations, and briefing books, including presentations and conclusions to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and/or drive deal construction and negotiations. Prepare, evaluate, and present robust financial modeling and analyses to value projects and programs.
- Conduct market research to recommend plan and strategy adjustments based on evolving industry trends.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Leadership, relationship management, and mentoring skills
- Advanced project and program management, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic planning skills.
- Requirement elicitation and documentation based on an understanding of primary and secondary personas for which the program is intended to benefit or impact Solid proficiency using standard office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and project planning tools
- Financial, business, and technology acumen
- Advanced data analysis, presentation, and communication skills
- Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years program or product management
- 3+ years leading professional teams in similar functions such as project, program, product, marketing or business development
- Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required
