JOB SUMMARY
As an Marketing Administrative Assistant with SoLa Impact, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our senior executive leadership while contributing to the marketing efforts that amplify our mission of creating high-quality, affordable housing and socioeconomic opportunities in low-income communities. This dynamic role combines executive support and marketing coordination, enabling the successful execution of strategic initiatives that align with SoLa Impact’s vision. You will manage schedules, facilitate communication with key stakeholders, and assist in executing impactful marketing campaigns that highlight our innovative developments, such as The Beehive, and our broader efforts to drive transformative change. Executive Support
● Manage and prioritize the executive’s schedule, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
● Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
● Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, presentations, and reports.
● Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
● Manage one administrative assistant.
Marketing Support
● Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and event marketing.
● Liaise with on-site visitors and coordinate with internal staff visit logistics.
● Conduct research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
● Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, and promotional content.
● Maintain and update the company’s website, social media accounts, and other digital platforms.
● Track and report on marketing performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 1 year supporting marketing functions.
● Proficiency in marketing tools and MS Office Suite; Adobe Suite is a plus.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
● Organize and manage day-to-day office operations for the partners;
● Act as the main point of contact in the Partners’ offices, i.e. receiving guests, giving directions, etc.;
● Responsible for preparing large mailings;
● Receive packages and correspondence and ensure the founders’ receipt, transaction support, reporting and database management;
● Schedule appointments, maintain calendar for partners;
