Position Overview

Illinois Department of Corrections is looking to hire an Office Associate located at Graham Correctional Center for their Clinical Services Unit. The ideal candidate is an individual who can multitask and prioritize daily duties. The candidate will be influential in day-to-day operations such as but not limited to compiling, organizing, and maintaining data routinely for auditing purposes. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for communicating with other departments, responding appropriately to individuals in custody, and dispatching important information regarding mandatory supervised releases and discharges to appropriate agencies. Essential Functions

• Enters data and prepares reports in Offender 360 (O360) for individuals in custody who are being released to include investigational Mandatory Supervised Release (MSR) plans.B.
• Prepares MSR paperwork.
• Follows individuals in custody’s Prisoner Review Board (PRB) schedules each month to ensure proper processing.
• Maintains list of individuals in custody scheduled to see the PRB.
• Keyboards complex charts, statistics reports, documents, forms, memoranda, investigation documents, and letters including legal or terminology where an understanding of specialized terms is required to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Gathers daily request slips from individuals in custody and responds accordingly.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which area reasonable within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
