About the project 
 
As a Program Manager - Program Operations, you will manage design critique sessions, stakeholder follow-ups, and program documentation, ensuring discussions turn into clear actions and decisions. The Program Manager will also help drive the adoption and operational effectiveness of the design system across teams. 
 
How you'll contribute 
 
✅ Own the operational execution of the design program. 
✅ Plan and facilitate design critique sessions, including preparation, documentation, and follow-ups. 
✅ Track decisions and ensure action items are completed. 
✅ Maintain program documentation, schedules, and operational artifacts. 
✅ Coordinate with stakeholders. 
✅ Coordinate collaboration between design, engineering, and external design agencies. 
✅ Drive follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure progress and alignment. 
✅ Prepare and present program updates and session materials. 
✅ Maintain structured workflows for critique sessions and program activities. 
✅ Support operational tasks connected to engineering or deliver
