About the role

Purpose

This role will administer and evolve the CRM systems that support the Patient Hub’s front-line services. You will manage user permissions, workflows, automations, and dashboards that underpin case management, service delivery, and patient interaction history. You will be central to ensuring that consented patient data is managed properly, support journeys are trackable, and CRM tools remain compliant and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure Salesforce (or Veeva) instances to match Patient Hub workflow requirements—e.g., enrolments, case tracking, and engagement logs.

- Build flows and automations that route cases to service agents, escalate complex interactions, or trigger support notifications.

- Maintain role-based access aligned to user types, compliance rules, and system governance policies.

- Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure all system updates follow audit-ready practices.

- Build and maintain dashboards for patient volumes, response SLAs, and engagement metrics.

- Monitor data quality, run scheduled validations, and support data hygiene protocols (e.g. duplicate handling, required field checks).

- Support integrations with marketing tools, portals, or data lakes where appropriate.

Required Experience

- 3+ years experience administering Salesforce or Veeva in a healthcare, pharma, or support service context.

- Experience implementing service flows, validation rules, case structures, and dashboards.

- Working knowledge of healthcare data handling practices, including opt-ins, PII masking, and consent rules.

- ADM201 or similar certifications required; experience with DevOps tools (e.g. Copado) is a plus.
