Clinical Consultant

Key Role:

Apply healthcare discipline expertise to address provider strategic and operational priorities in the pursuit of healthcare delivery transformation. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a clinical consultant to the Federal Government

• Knowledge of health operations and clinical care

• Ability to work as part of a team to help solve complex and multi-faceted client problems

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline

Additional Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a consulting environment

• Experience in diverse project teams and working with experts of other disciplines, such as IT and data science

• Knowledge of utilization management, quality management, data science, and performance improvement

• Ability to both lead and contribute clinical perspective to project teams

• Master's degree in a clinical discipline

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
