ABOUT THE TEAM

We strengthen SAP´s revenue stream by enabling new business models, driving our cloud and digitization journey to delivery continuous customer and business value. We do this by implementing integrated and scalable business technology products, striving for the best user experience and influencing SAP’s product development, applying embedded innovation like Machine Learning, Analytics and RPA into product delivery while supporting and enabling our people to grow as professionals.

 

THE ROLE

 

• Managing calendar and inbox & assisting in accounting and reporting activities
• Arranging business travel supports agenda management. 
• Coordinating and supporting events for the department as a whole
• Collaborating with various staff and departments to administratively support various projects.
• Preparing complex reports, projects, documentation, and correspondence which may also require collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

 

• Graduate (f/m/d) of a university or a university of applied science: not needed
• Computer skills: MS Office   
• Language skills: German and English fluently    
• Soft skills: team player, organized, communication skills

WORK EXPERIENCE

5 years

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
