You'll lead pivotal conversations on user management and authentication, acting as the bridge between our platform and the customer, ensuring no technical hurdle stands in the way of user adoption.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Champion Customer Onboarding: Guide enterprise customers through their value journey and spearhead the technical onboarding process of Celonis.</li> <li>Architect Solutions: Lead technical discussions to identify key system architecture components, propose, and help build solutions that clear deployment roadblocks.</li> <li>Integrate Seamlessly: Establish real-time integrations to customer source systems via APIs and Celonis internal integration tools.</li> <li>Advise and Optimize: Provide expert advice on authentication, user/group management, and provisioning solutions for the Celonis platform.</li> <li>Eliminate Barriers: Remove any technical obstacles to ensure smooth user adoption of Celonis.</li> <li>Set Standards: Develop best practices and blueprints to empower the entire Celonis ecosystem.</li> <li>Drive Innovation: Leverage your technical prowess to contribute to global programs within our services organization.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Educational Background: A Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in project management with a strong customer-centric approach.</li> <li>Technical Savvy: Experience and enthusiasm for modern tech stacks and methods, including REST/SOAP API Management, Data Ingestion &amp; Streaming, SSO, LDAP, IT Security, Python, Agile, and more.</li> <li>Data Mastery: Proficiency in SQL and Python, coupled with hands-on experience with data pipelines and ETL processes for large data volumes.</li> <li>Security Awareness: Knowledge of security and compliance topics relevant to enterprise applications.</li> <li>Communication Pro: A solution-oriented professional who excels in deep technical discussions and can translate technical knowledge into accessible terms for a wider audience.</li> <li>Cloud Platform Familiarity: Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.</li> <li>Language Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and German.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Join Us and Make an Impact!</strong></p> <p>If you're passionate about technology, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are eager to drive customer success, we want to hear from you.
