We are looking for a Manager, Learning Shared Services, to join us on our journey to make it drastically easier for customers to find, choose, afford, and engage with the services, products, and professionals they need to get and stay healthy! As the Manager, Learning Shared Services, you will collaborate with learning and operations team members to create products/features or processes. You understand your customers and advocate on their behalf, communicate business objectives to each team and stakeholder to deliver the best product/feature or system/process with efficient use of resources and technologies. You will write clear and detailed functional specifications based on complex business requirements, and serve as an authority on project issues to learning and development specialists, business leaders, engineers, and other program managers, while being the primary escalation point for team members.

Key job responsibilities
• Establishes processes and implements mechanisms to drive efficiencies across shared services and the broader L&D org.
• Leads product/feature launches that optimize Amazon Pharmacy’s learning services.
• Develops and manages learning technology strategy and roadmap in support of business goals.
• Manages collection of, interprets and analyzes business data to report conclusions and make recommendations based on findings.
• Produces written reports/documents to communicate and gain support for solutions, measurement and evaluation plans.
• Manages central intake and planning for all L&D related projects.
• Partners with senior leaders, internal and external, and other stakeholders/experts to support and influence new programs.
• Leads a diverse team of L&D specialists and/or program managers.

Basic Qualifications


• 5+ years of experience managing projects/programs.
• Demonstrated people management experience and a track record of leading cross-functional teams to complete projects.
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis and data reporting tools (Excel, Quicksight, Tableau, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in training/managing learning programs.
• Proven ability to make difficult trade-off decisions and defend those decisions to a diverse stakeholder group.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Learning and Development, or related field.
• Project Management certification such as PMP.
• 5+ years of success in building relationships and working across a range of teams.
• Knowledge and experience in pharmacy and/or other healthcare related space.
• Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to influence with and without authority
