Description
Job Summary:
The Director of Business Execution will proactively drive the measurement and reporting of critical business functions for Kinetic Advantage. Further, this role will be accountable for supporting the operational and sales needs of Kinetic Advantage as well as the establishment of processes, policies, and procedures to ensure that optimal business results are consistently obtained.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define priorities, allocate resources, and establish performance metrics to measure the success of execution efforts
- Establish a cohesive approach to business execution across all disciplines at Kinetic advantage – ensuring that performance standards, measurement and visibility are universally applied across all business functions
- Support field operations, corporate operations and sales administratively including territory mapping, lead management, KPI development and other support requirements
- Monitor progress and performance against established goals and milestones, and provide regular updates and reports to functional and senior leadership
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization to drive operational excellence and business results
- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of initiatives, including clear communication of objectives, timelines, and expectations
- Oversee the management and enhancement and integration of Kinetic’s CRM tool Salesforce and the functional support that it provides to Kinetic
- Manage the execution of Kinetic Armor – ensuring that all SLAs are met in compliance with policy and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and other relevant stakeholders to support successful execution of business initiatives
- Serve as a champion for change management initiatives, driving adoption and buy-in across the organization to ensure successful implementation of new processes, systems, and strategies
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Four-year college degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field or equivalent education and/or experience
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to establish trust, credibility, and influence
- Strong analytical skills; demonstrate creative troubleshooting skills
- Passion for continuous improvement
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will, at times, be subject to outside environmental conditions
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
