THE JOB: 

As an Aviation Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for an unforgettable travel experience, setting the tone with professionalism and attention to detail. You’ll coordinate aircraft travel requests with precision, manage flight crew information with accuracy, and oversee key logistics to ensure our fleet is ready for takeoff. Behind every seamless flight is your commitment to safety, service, and smooth execution. Whether working with high-profile guests or trusted crew members, you’ll help deliver aviation excellence.


THE STARTING RATE: $28.50

THE SCHEDULE:

  • Training hours will vary and may take place across both day and swing shifts

  • Regular schedule primarily consists of overnight shifts, starting as early as 9:00 PM. This role follows a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule, and includes weekends and holidays

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Receive, process and execute aircraft requests from casino hosts and executive assistants

  • Schedule travel for customers and executives on company aircraft, or consider other lift options if company aircraft is not available and arrange travel, hotel and ground transportation for crew and company executives when needed

  • Communicate passenger special requests and needs to flight crews

  • Ensure scheduling software database is updated following a flight including passenger and crew names

  • Ensure all required permits are arranged for International flights including landing and overflight permits

  • Schedule, maintain, and update flight-crew to ensure compliance with company and FAA regulations regarding currency, flight and duty times

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a job that requires accurate decision making under pressure (e.g. data entry, analytical, scheduling, calendar management, reporting)

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
