Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years clerical experience of which one (1) year must have experience filing documents in accordance with Chapter 487, 495, 607, 608, 609, 617, 618, 619, 620, 621 or 865

 

Preferences:

  • Extensive knowledge and use of Microsoft Outlook or Office 365
  • One (1) year as a Regulatory Specialist II with the Division of Corporations

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the public in the navigation and utilization of the Division of Corporations website. 
  • Assist the public with online filings, answers and responds to phone calls and e-mails. 
  • Re-sends filing correspondence/certificates.
  • Serve as a liaison to the public and division with credit card vendor.
  • Check and verify payment status and charge. 
  • Process refunds and reconcile customer disputes and charge backs.
  • Set up and manage in-house e-file accounts.
  • Reports website and fax utility issues to IT Department.
  • Performs other work-related duties as required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of personal computer.
  • Ability to utilize problem solving techniques. 
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
