About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, safety‑focused Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll operate palletizers, forklifts, and yard tractors to support daily shipping, receiving, and production needs. This position requires a Class A CDL and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including single and doublewide pallet‑handling forklifts and yard tractors

Load and unload semi‑trailers

Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products and materials; report inconsistencies to management

Use bar‑code scanning equipment accurately and efficiently

Complete all required documentation with accuracy and timeliness

Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed

Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all housekeeping procedures

Assist with production tasks when required
What You'll Bring:

Class A CDL required

Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards at all times

Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work in a team‑oriented environment

Follow all safety, GMP, sanitation, and food‑safety policies
-
Work independently and support team goals as assigned by leadership

Lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
-
Frequent stair climbing, bending, twisting, and reaching above shoulder height
-
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
-
Availability to work overtime as needed (up to 64 hours/week)

Ability to work with minimal supervision
