Job Description: As a Registered Nurse (RN) at MIND & MOBILITY Home Care, you’ll play a vital role in conducting assessments, supervising in-home visits, and evaluating caregivers. You’ll ensure high standards of care for our clients while maintaining open communication with our staff. Additionally, you will be expected to confidently discuss rates, services, and packages with potential clients, helping them understand our value and assisting them in signing up for care services. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and in-home supervisory visits
• Evaluate caregivers and maintain high standards of client care
• Confidently discuss rates, services, and care plans with clients
• Facilitate the sign-up process for new clients
• Accurately complete necessary documentation in a timely manner

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
• Proficiency in home visits and nursing services in accordance with state regulations
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Valid Florida Driver's License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
