Audi of America, Audi Automated Driving Development (A2D2) focuses on Advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) development. ADAS are electronic systems that assist drivers in driving and parking functions. Through a safe human-machine interface (HMI), ADAS increase vehicle and road safety. ADAS systems use automated technology, such as sensors and cameras, to detect nearby obstacles or driver errors, and respond accordingly. This hybrid position is in San Jose, CA.

Role Summary
FLEET OPERATIONS ANALYST (Multi-year contract opportunity)
Role Summary
is supporting the fleet needs ensuring the entire ADAS-Hub team can drive the vehicles following corporate compliance and contributes to the success of each project while upkeeping documentation. This role assists in the logistics around prototype vehicles, such as transport request, and manage importation and exportation documentation. This position collaborates with detailed planning, resource allocation and day-to-day vehicle operations, which includes, but not limited to, manage equipment inventory, support on the procurement of office supplies in preparation for test drives, planning and prioritization of activities around the vehicles, organization of planning meetings and maintain booking schedules for the fleet, together of ensuring customs compliance, and DMV and local regulations.
Role Responsibilities
· Fleet planning, schedule and documentation management and analysis
· Conduct monthly vehicle mileage inventory.
· Monitor and schedule vehicle usage.
· Maintain documentation for each vehicle.
· Support Fleet and workshop management with vehicle procedures prior long test drives.
