We are on the hunt for new Institutional Sales Managers to join our team remotely in the US! We are seeking highly ambitious and experienced sales professionals to spearhead Kraken’s sales initiatives for our qualified custody products and solutions.

The number 1 goal of this role is to grow our client base, generating new revenue through new business and ultimately help our clients succeed. You will identify fresh business opportunities by leveraging various sales strategies, both inbound and outbound.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, this individual contributor role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional eager to shape the future of crypto from a leading position at a top-tier brand!

The opportunity

• Support the institutional sales across the US, drive client and volume growth for our qualified custody products.

• Generate, filter, and pursue client leads, including responding to inbound opportunities and assisting team members in doing the same. 

• Build trustworthy relationships with our institutional clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Kraken can generate value for them.

• Partner up with Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Business Development teams to provide market intelligence, develop new product features and leverage competitive advantages.
