We are currently seeking a motivated, collaborative, and outcome-oriented Principal People Business Partner to join our People Success Team. This individual contributor role will partner with the business to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams as a consultant and coach to leaders and their respective teams. 

Key Aspects of the Role:

• Provide strategic advice, counsel and consultative solutions to GTM teams on people management aspects of their business to include driving organizational development, team effectiveness, and executing change management strategy.
• Advise managers in the resolution of employee relations and employee performance issues
• Provide policy interpretation, counseling and training for employees and managers on programs, policies and procedures.
• Partner with shared services to execute People programs including performance management, compensation planning and career development
• Provide insight using business acumen and analytics to support data driven management decisions.
• Maintain the pulse of the employee population, advising on risks to engagement, potential performance impacts and change management efforts.

What you’ll need:

• Experience supporting GTM teams in a growing, SaaS environment is ideal.
• Strong business acumen and judgement: interest and knowledge of the business strategy, key financial and business drivers.
• Project management skills with solid track record of driving and implementing People initiatives independently.
• Viewed as a resource for advice and guidance by peers and leaders.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and mediation skills.
• Expertise in human resources practices and working knowledge of current legislation.
• Ability to work within constraints as well as challenge the status quo.
