The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

• Building up and updating a system for assessment and tracking of process innovations for cell production
• Supporting of partner and supplier discussions for assessment and implementation of technologies
• Updating, revisioning and aligning of the technology roadmap for cell production process technology
• Supporting in planning and tracking of implementation
• Preparing of documents for top management committees and preparation of decisions

 

What you need for our CELLebration

• Degree in engineering or industrial engineering or similar education
• Excellent analytical skills regarding technology and strategy
• Profound understanding of production processes as well as development processes and cost assessment of production technologies
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methods
• Good skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to moderate technical talks with internal and external stakeholders as well as excellent communication skills
• Excellent skills in English language

 

What else can you bring

• Prior experience in battery cells
• Advanced German language skills
• Prior experience in technology management, strategy, engineering & development
