The starting date is as soon as possible at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a subject matter expert</li><li>Conduct onboarding and client file reviews</li><li>Conduct and oversee advanced transaction monitoring, incl. blockchain forensics reviews and sanction alerts</li><li>Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), where required</li><li>Drive the interpretation and implementation of evolving regulatory requirements and ensure their effective integration into processes, documentation, controls, and business initiatives </li><li>Coordinate and collaborate with legal first line and operational risk teams</li><li>Develop and maintain the compliance framework, including risk assessments, policies, processes, and controls</li><li>Conduct and monitor second line controls</li><li>Conduct compliance training and internal workshops</li><li>Support during internal and external audits within the compliance area</li><li>Independent implementation of compliance projects</li></ul>
