About the role
<p><b>We’re looking for a Senior International Mobility Manager to join us in London or Amsterdam </b></p><p></p><p>The candidate will provide support to the Senior International Mobility Manager in the end-to-end process of Global Mobility. Further, they will be a point of contact for any immigration-related queries, social security questions. They will work with the Senior Manager International Mobility to ensure excellence in the Global Mobility policy and process.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Role Context:</b></p><ul><li>Day-to-day contact to support the end-to-end process for International Mobility.</li><li><span>Run International Mobility activities associated with the assignment lifecycle, across all business areas within agreed procedures, standards and timescales, complying with all statutory requirements. </span></li><li>Future of Work requires agile solutions to offer in our global mobility policy framework. </li><li>Global Mobility team needs to be on top of changes in mobility landscape.</li><li>Ensure the correct escalation of queries or cases to the Specialist teams or Subject Matter Experts.</li><li>Maintain team and customer relationships through advice, support and continuous improvement, providing a great experience first time, every time.</li><li>Promote the culture where line managers are aware of and own issues within the business.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of the Global Mobility policies, and framework to address issues.</li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Key Accountabilities:</b></h1><ul><li>Acting as a contact point of coordination towards international <span>assignees/transferees</span> and their family members, E2E coordination of assignments and relocations, including the monitoring of all in- and outsourced services and activities</li><li>Responsible for the coordination of the end-to-end process of graduate moves and rotations</li><li>Address any escalations from assignees with suppliers or internally</li><li>Work together with People Services for the document creation and process for International Assignment</li><li>Act as a point of contact with immigration authority in the Netherlands in conjunction with the Senior Global Mobility Manager;</li><li>Ensure continuous improvement in employee experience in all aspects of relocation;</li><li>Advising the business, HR colleagues and employees regarding the execution and implementation of Global Mobility policies.</li><li>Working on multiple projects within the global mobility space and delivering within the agreed timelines and quality standards, with the aim of identifying new opportunities, optimizing procedures and programs, and continuously improving processes.</li><li>Supporting in creating a dedicated system that is an enabler to the Global Mobility function</li><li>Identifying new opportunities for enhanced internal collaboration</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Knowledge & Experience: </b></p><p><b>Skills & Abilities</b></p><ul><li>Solid work experience in HRM/International Mobility preferably a wider reward</li><li>Knowledge of immigration processes in Europe (ideally Switzerland) and the UK post Brexit.</li><li>Proficient in internal and external stakeholder management;</li><li>Experience with working with external vendors and managing the delivery of services;</li><li>Experience with a GM software package (such as Maia, etc)</li><li>Fluent in English – proficiency in Dutch is preferred, but not essential.</li><li>Self-starter</li><li>Result-focus</li><li>Commercial Awareness</li><li>Solution oriented</li><li>Experience in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Workday.</li></ul>
