Responsibilities
Peraton seeks a Senior Cyber Advisor to provide subject matter expertise in support of the ARCYBER G8 for planning and staff integration. Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA.
Primary responsibilities include assisting the G8/Deputy G8 develop processes and systems to:
- Integrate G8 funding activities and requirements with ARCYBER Campaign Plan and Annual Campaign Order tasks and objectives.
- Institutionalize Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) / Program Objective Memorandum (POM) related activities over the calendar year.
- Capture ARCYBER resourcing priorities and critical G8 requirement gaps.
- Draft a comprehensive and coherent narrative in support of ARCYBER critical mission requirements for annual CPA in support of the G8 and ARCBYER CG.
- Synchronize command narratives and resourcing requirements to support ARCYBER strategic communications.
- Support integration, synchronization, and collaboration with HQDA G8 and USCYBERCOM J8 staffs to support success of the G8.
- Support the development of comprehensive strategic plans that align with the ARCYBER/USCYBERCOM goals and objectives by analyzing trends, assessing the ARCYBER/USCYBERCOM landscape, and providing recommendations on how to allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with senior leaders (SL) and fellow Senior Cyber Advisor to the Deputy to identify critical strategic priorities and recommend a clear roadmap for execution by organizing strategic planning session to align ARCYBER G8 with the CGs overarching goals.
- Support the Director’s development of internal communication strategies to ensure all G8 team members are informed and aligned with the organization’s strategic direction.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS +16 years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong written verbal and communication skills; capable of communicating and representing synchronized command messaging/narratives.
- Experience in staff work at the division or higher level.
- Familiar with Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) / Program Objective Memorandum (POM) related activities.
- DoD Clearance TS SCI w/poly or the ability to obtain a poly.
Preferred:
- Cyber mission familiarity.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
