Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Enterprise Strategy and Support Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Portfolio Management, Senior Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive enterprise transformation through the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. This individual will be responsible for leading critical projects and change efforts that enable business strategy execution, align cross-functional teams, and deliver sustainable value. The ideal candidate brings experience in project management, business analysis, and change management to enable successful execution.
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Transformation, the person in this role will support the Enterprise Strategy and Support department's objective to empower and transform our business towards a future of mobility for North America.
What you’ll be doing
Determine project success criteria through the analysis of business models and operational frameworks applying sound business judgement.
Proactively address and reduce organizational barriers to ensure successful project delivery and lay the foundation for long-term business sustainability.
Leverage strong analytical skills in data-driven decision-making to manage transformational projects, particularly in addressing new business challenges and navigating business ambiguity.
Drive communication strategies and execution while supporting change management efforts to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional working groups with various levels of leadership to foster enterprise collaboration and enable decision making.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
Experience in project management, business strategy, or project coordination roles.
Facilitate cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide change.
Ability to align projects with business strategy and navigate executive priorities.
Focused on outcomes, delivery acceleration and removing blockers, while modeling high standards of integrity, trust and respect for others.
Skilled at building trust and influencing senior leaders through well-structured discussion and data-driven insights.
Ability to manage customer expectations while being forward-thinking and proactively solving problems.
Ability to kaizen existing processes.
Willingness to challenge assumptions and ask questions.
Comfortable operating in new spaces, navigating ambiguity, and shaping direction through insight and strategic foresight.
Proficient PowerPoint Skills.
