The Family Medicine Clinic located at Saint Francis, WI - 2000 E Layton Ave provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care for individuals and families of all ages, serving as the first point of contact for preventive services, routine checkups, and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, with an emphasis on wellness, disease management, and coordination of care with specialists as needed.
We’re Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued
