National Water Main Cleaning Company specializes in municipal infrastructure inspection and rehabilitation. Job Description: The Administrative Assistant duties include preparing documents for the office, basic bookkeeping and accounting and providing support for all managers. Job Details: Title: Administrative Assistant Job Type: Part TimePay: $25-$30 per hour. Up to 25 hours per week.Location: Kearny, NJ

Essential Job Functions:
- Preparing documents
- Basic bookkeeping
- Basic accounting
- Update and maintain documents
- Providing general support for executives and managers
- Previous office administration experience preferred
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate, or equivalent relevant work experience desired.
- Previous contracting/construction experience is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
